The Second Seal: Criminalization of Christianity
The first arrest warrant ever recorded in the Bible was ordered in December, 604 BC by Jehoiakim, King of Judah, for Jeremiah the prophet, and his assistant Baruch. Jeremiah and Baruch were wanted for writing and publicly reading hate speech that denounced the accepted lifestyles of the day as perverted and sinful, that God was bringing judgment upon Judah, and the nation needed to repent before it was too late. This screed would later become part of what we know as the Bible.
Jeremiah’s arrest had been ordered during a public fast. Everybody had come up to Jerusalem for the observance, so there was no shortage of people in church, nor was there any official hindrance of faith-based activity. There was simply no belief in God’s Word or a place for it in Jerusalem, where an anti-bullying program seems to have been in place for many years. The Bible records how the people rose up as one against the Lord’s prophet Jeremiah, for spewing what today would have been called a vile and extremist message of bigotry, hate and intolerance, threatening those of alternative lifestyles:
Early in the reign of Jehoiakim son of Josiah king of Judah, this word came from the Lord: “This is what the Lord says: Stand in the courtyard of the Lord’s house and speak to all the people of the towns of Judah who come to worship in the house of the Lord. Tell them everything I command you; do not omit a word. Perhaps they will listen and each will turn from his evil way. Then I will relent and not bring on them the disaster I was planning because of the evil they have done. Say to them, ‘This is what the Lord says: If you do not listen to me and follow my law, which I have set before you, and if you do not listen to the words of my servants the prophets, whom I have sent to you again and again (though you have not listened), then I will make this house like Shiloh and this city an object of cursing among all the nations of the earth.’”
The priests, the prophets and all the people heard Jeremiah speak these words in the house of the Lord. But as soon as Jeremiah finished telling all the people everything the Lord had commanded him to say, the priests, the prophets and all the people seized him and said, “You must die! Why do you prophesy in the Lord’s name that this house will be like Shiloh and this city will be desolate and deserted?” And all the people crowded around Jeremiah in the house of the Lord.
When the officials of Judah heard about these things, they went up from the royal palace to the house of the Lord and took their places at the entrance of the New Gate of the Lord’s house. Then the priests and the prophets said to the officials and all the people, “This man should be sentenced to death because he has prophesied against this city. You have heard it with your own ears!” Jeremiah 26: 1-10
And you have read it with your own eyes: never, ever, criticize people for their sinful ways, or tell them God is about to punish them. That is hate speech, a heinous and horrific felony punishable by death in ancient Israel, and soon to become a capital crime in the United States, as we will see.
The breaking of the First Seal may never be known until years from now, when we know the final outcome of the gay marriage drive to destroy Scriptures and outlaw the Bible.
The opening of the Second Seal, however, will be public, visible, and documentable. We’ve know what the end result will be. We’ve actually got a pretty good idea of what it will look like. While there is still a fairly strong reluctance among American public officials (and, by extension, those in any kind of visible authority) to desecrate the Bible on which they swore to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution, there is near-zero reluctance to persecute and criminalize the actions of those who dare publicly to defend the Bible. Indeed, the time is coming, and now is, that if you stand for Biblical principles in America you must expect to forfeit your civil rights. Your country will treat you as a criminal. Your government to which you pay taxes will no longer have any obligation to protect you.
Criminalization of Christianity is rapidly becoming the status quo in Europe and Canada, where it was enacted without resistance due to a weakened church movement, and to populaces dependent on the government for much of their livelihood, and thus very reluctant to jeopardize benefits over belief.
In America, criminalizing Christian behavior, specifically Biblically-based objections to gay marriage, has to clear a higher hurdle. Christian morality must be shown to be so repugnant to American society that it no longer merits protections of speech, religion, right to assembly, or due process. Keep in mind that these are the same protections that the Justice Department wants to accord terrorist combatants who are not even US citizens. So the barrier is high, but history has shown that any people truly determined to kick God out of the country always manage to find the most imaginative ways to make the following things happen.
First, conscience can no longer be criteria for protection. Christians cannot qualify for the same respect and freedom from harassment that anti-bullying laws guarantee for gays and Muslims. They will need to be grouped with a small handful of fringe, extremist organizations whose status has been designated by the courts as “unprotected” like, for example, the Ku Klux Klan. Second, since criminalization will require someone in a position of authority to enact a law stripping Christians of their civil rights, plenty of money and a bloc of voters must be waiting to back these politicians as a reward for their courage in selling out another bloc of voters.
Understanding this, Satan and his militants have been taking a very careful and deliberate approach over the last fifty years that works from the outside in. The strategy is to silence, intimidate, and destroy any opposition long before a bill reaches a signer’s desk, reassuring politicians that there will be plenty of payoff and no blowback at the polls for sending a few Bible-quoting bigots to their doom. We’ll examine each of the three modules of the strategy, but first, let’s take a look at the end game.
The Big Picture: The Gay Manifesto
If the breaking of the Second Seal opens the way for the criminalizing biblical faith, somewhere there must be a blueprint of what a society without biblical faith would look like. Otherwise those fighting to outlaw God would not know when they had achieved victory. It also stands to reason that this blueprint would most likely exist among those most committed to removing the Bible from the face of the earth, the satanic militants of the gay rights movement.
It does.
Back in 1987, a gay revolutionary by the name of Michael Swift published a graphic vision of the new world order of homosexual dominance in the Gay Community News. The piece attracted so much attention that it came to be called the Gay Manifesto, and was read into the Congressional Record. The content, offensive even by today’s standards, was off the charts at the time. While the Gay Manifesto gave us a glimpse of the true goals of gay rights movement, its leadership quickly realized that Swift had let the cat out of the bag too soon, and engaged in a furious backpedaling effort, claiming the piece was satire, and that everyone was quoting Swift out of context by omitting his original preface stating “This essay is an outré, madness, a tragic, cruel fantasy, an eruption of inner rage, on how the oppressed desperately dream of being the oppressor.” Google it, and you’ll see the disclaimers everywhere. And that is supposed to have put the matter to rest.
The Bible, however, makes it pretty clear that a man is what he thinks in his heart (Proverbs 23:7), and we need to give Swift credit for his honesty in telling us the thoughts of the gay rights movement, so we know who we are really dealing with--- people dedicated to the destruction of the Bible and the criminalization of Christianity. The manifesto is clearly written, and speaks for itself:
We shall sodomize your sons, emblems of your feeble masculinity, of your shallow dreams and vulgar lies. We shall seduce them in your schools, in your dormitories, in your gymnasiums, in your locker rooms, in your sports arenas, in your seminaries, in your youth groups, in your movie theater bathrooms, in your army bunkhouses, in your truck stops, in your all-male clubs, in your houses of Congress, wherever men are with men together. Your sons shall become our minions and do our bidding. They will be recast in our image. They will come to crave and adore us.
Women, you cry for freedom. You say you are no longer satisfied with men; they make you unhappy. We, connoisseurs of the masculine face, the masculine physique, shall take your men from you then. We will amuse them; we will instruct them; we will embrace them when they weep. Women, you say you wish to live with each other instead of with men. Then go and be with each other. We shall give your men pleasures they have never known because we are foremost men too, and only one man knows how to truly please another man; only one man can understand the depth and feeling, the mind and body of another man.
All laws banning homosexual activity will be revoked. Instead, legislation shall be passed which engenders love between men.
All homosexuals must stand together as brothers; we must be united artistically, philosophically, socially, politically and financially. We will triumph only when we present a common face to the vicious heterosexual enemy.
If you dare to cry faggot, fairy, queer, at us, we will stab you in your cowardly hearts and defile your dead, puny bodies.
We shall write poems of the love between men; we shall stage plays in which man openly caresses man; we shall make films about the love between heroic men which will replace the cheap, superficial, sentimental, insipid, juvenile, heterosexual infatuations presently dominating your cinema screens. We shall sculpt statues of beautiful young men, of bold athletes which will be placed in your parks, your squares, your plazas. The museums of the world will be filled only with paintings of graceful, naked lads.
Our writers and artists will make love between men fashionable and de rigueur, and we will succeed because we are adept at setting styles. We will eliminate heterosexual liaisons through usage of the devices of wit and ridicule, devices which we are skilled in employing.
We will unmask the powerful homosexuals who masquerade as heterosexuals. You will be shocked and frightened when you find that your presidents and their sons, your industrialists, your senators, your mayors, your generals, your athletes, your film stars, your television personalities, your civic leaders, your priests are not the safe, familiar, bourgeois, heterosexual figures you assumed them to be. We are everywhere; we have infiltrated your ranks. Be careful when you speak of homosexuals because we are always among you; we may be sitting across the desk from you; we may be sleeping in the same bed with you.
There will be no compromises. We are not middle-class weaklings. Highly intelligent, we are the natural aristocrats of the human race, and steely-minded aristocrats never settle for less. Those who oppose us will be exiled.
We shall raise vast private armies, as Mishima did, to defeat you. We shall conquer the world because warriors inspired by and banded together by homosexual love and honor are invincible as were the ancient Greek soldiers.
The family unit-spawning ground of lies, betrayals, mediocrity, hypocrisy and violence will be abolished. The family unit, which only dampens imagination and curbs free will, must be eliminated. Perfect boys will be conceived and grown in the genetic laboratory. They will be bonded together in communal setting, under the control and instruction of homosexual savants.
All churches who condemn us will be closed. Our only gods are handsome young men. We adhere to a cult of beauty, moral and esthetic. All that is ugly and vulgar and banal will be annihilated. Since we are alienated from middle-class heterosexual conventions, we are free to live our lives according to the dictates of the pure imagination. For us too much is not enough.
The exquisite society to emerge will be governed by an elite comprised of gay poets. One of the major requirements for a position of power in the new society of homoeroticism will be indulgence in the Greek passion. Any man contaminated with heterosexual lust will be automatically barred from a position of influence. All males who insist on remaining stupidly heterosexual will be tried in homosexual courts of justice and will become invisible men.
We shall rewrite history, history filled and debased with your heterosexual lies and distortions.
We shall portray the homosexuality of the great leaders and thinkers who have shaped the world. We will demonstrate that homosexuality and intelligence and imagination are inextricably linked, and that homosexuality is a requirement for true nobility, true beauty in a man.
We shall be victorious because we are fueled with the ferocious bitterness of the oppressed who have been forced to play seemingly bit parts in your dumb, heterosexual shows throughout the ages. We too are capable of firing guns and manning the barricades of the ultimate revolution.
Tremble, hetero swine, when we appear before you without our masks.
Better is an enemy who is true than a friend who is false, and Michael Swift certainly deserves credit for his honesty in delivering the mind-set that is driving the coming homofascist world order. Instead of getting distracted by Swift’s apologists’ hand-waving and word-parsing, let’s take a look at how to what degree this vision has turned into reality since it was published. Like Swift’s words, the results will speak for themselves.
