You can only go so far down the Niagara River until no amount of horsepower pushing your boat the other way can keep you from going over the falls.  That is where America is now.  Fighting in the homofascist’s endgame is at this point only going to results in smaller and smaller gains per the amount of energy we expend.  We need to change the game, as God did on 9/11, as seen through the Isaiah 9:10 prophecies.  There is not much time, and we need to start using it productively to take out the real targets instead of focusing trivia.  Sorry, that this is not a very sanguine outlook, but American Christians have only themselves to blame.

The first Gay Reich ruled through violence, and the only way it was taken out was through force.  Until there is a consensus that homofascism is the second Gay Reich and must be resisted with force, we also are doomed to be overcome by violence.  

The same thing is happening to Christians worldwide that happened to Jews in Nazi Germany.  The Jews defended themselves too feebly, they tried too hard to be model citizens, and bent over backwards to accommodate a bloodthirsty regime.  They wound up dead.    

 

·         We can become a vocal, and militant minority, demanding our rights, our special programs, our set-aside funding, and apply pressure on others until we get it.

·         We can strike back under a liberation theology, using creative force against satanic militants who would disrupt the community of believers seeking to rebuild society, as Nehemiah used force against the satanic militants of his day. 

·         We can totally change the game, dedicating ourselves to a renewed Christianity is not tied to this world, and is not afraid of offending or of consequences.

·         We can move out, find a place more accommodating, and vow never to let such an evil overtake us again. 

·         We can create Issachar communities:  men and women who understand the times, and know what Israel should do (1 Chron. 12:32) .  Like Israel, we are now surrounded on all sides by enemies who hate us.  Our culture, media, teachers unions, school boards, colleges, election boards, justice system, and our president wish us only the worst.  America is no longer capable of defending itself or its assets, and certainly will do nothing to defend the interests of those who do not belong to one of its protected classes.  How do we secure our lives, our property, our livelihoods, our savings, our children and their futures against a system that now means us only harm?  That discussion continues on The Tenth Harbinger Blog. 

  

Will what results from all of that be worth what we turn ourselves into to achieve it?      

You should probably ask that of the Greatest Generation of young men and women, hundreds of thousands of whom were killed, wounded, or permanently scarred in the prime of life by what they went through in Europe, Africa, and the Pacific.  The relative peace and freedom we have enjoyed in this country until now was bought with their sacrifice, anguish, and post-traumatic lives.  And there has been no other period of discovery, prosperity, and progress like it in human history.  Ever.

Your final takeaway rephrases the dilemma of the brilliant German theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer, returning to Nazi Germany from the safe sidelines of academic America to take up clandestine arms against the fascists, and take out Hitler himself.  That plot would ultimately fail, and end up costing Bonhoeffer his own life just days before the Nazi surrender.  What was Bonhoeffer’s choice in resisting the horrors of the first Gay Reich is now yours in resisting the rise of the Second:

I must live through this difficult period in our national history with the people of America. I will have no right to participate in the reconstruction of Christian life in America after the war if I do not share the trials of this time with my people... Christians in America will have to face the terrible alternative of either willing the defeat of their nation in order that Christian civilization may survive, or willing the victory of their nation and thereby destroying civilization. I know which of these alternatives I must choose, but I cannot make that choice from security.

·         Fighting the homofascists’s endgame is yielding fewer and fewer rewards for greater effort and higher risk.  Dealing with those who are determined to outlaw Scripture and kill those who believe it is God's Word is a waste of time, primarily because their strategy is to distract God's people into wasting time, and run down the clock.  We need to change the game because we are losing this one.  We got in too late, were too unorganized, did not take it seriously, and as a result are not getting points on the board as fast as the homofascists are.

·         The first Gay Reich ruled through violence and was stopped only by overwhelming force.  The same thing that happened to Jews in Nazi Germany is happening to Christians worldwide.

·         The Allies were on the defensive for the first half of World War II.  The US was sorely underprepared.  If the Germans had invaded in 1940-41, America would have been overthrown. We were losing the war until the United States decided to play smashmouth using a general who didn't particularly care what others thought about him.  His name was Patton.

·         The peace, prosperity, civil rights, and yes, the political correctness, that you grew up in were all made possible and preserved by people who died violent and horrible deaths fighting the First Gay Reich. Sure, taking the battle to the bad guys doesn't win souls for Jesus, but standing around until they bully us into their concentration camps and slowly slaughter us is not how the American Revolution was won, is not how the slaves were freed, and is not how Hitler was defeated.
